Yesterday I was teaching a short taster class (2 hours) - Fabric Flowers in Harlesden Library as part of the Festival of Learning
Here's some pics of the students work, they all did really well!
This morning was freezing cold and there was heavy FOG! OK maybe not as thick as the fogs I remember when I was a small child but I still feel the same about it....a cold damp blanket and better to work from home. So today I am :)
A Happy New Year 2013 to all, filled with lots of happiness, good health, prosperity, yarn, fabric and the crafts and things you love.
Am I the only one who thought 2012 went by way to fast? Lets hoping 2013 is a little slower. My New Years Resolutions this year are the same as last year, finish off the mountain of projects living in assorted bags, including writing up and testing the patterns if needed before starting any new ones and give a little more time to blogging.
EEEEKKKK I just felt a tremor 4.7 the news channel is reporting. Was working on the computer and everything shock the table, screen, windows and doors for about 5-6 seconds. Plus my newly sorted yarn stack (decided to sort through some of my yarn earlier trying to plan projects) just rolled into a one heap. So much for tidying!!! I hope nobody is injured.
